Our experience of running organisations, working at a very senior level and experience with management boards allows us to empathise with managing directors and other senior staff to work with them to identify clear goals for the future.
Situations exist when a member of staff requires a disproportional amount of support from their manager to carry out their work. When the manager cannot afford the time we can fill the gap and assist in bringing the situation under control.
