Steve Renwick
Managing Director

Steve is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy. He has extensive experience working in many sectors including time as an NHS Finance Director with 45 staff.

Since establishing the company in 1997 he has advised and worked with a range of clients in both the private and public sector.

In addition to providing practical assistance in all aspects of the financial field Steve has provided advice on a wide range of management issues and developed and delivered lectures and training courses on a wide range of topics including business strategy, resource management, marketing, financial self-defence and strategic financial management.

Steve is a Non-Executive Director of NHS Lothian and a visiting lecturer at Stirling and Strathclyde Universities.

Eric Purves
Consultant and Company Secretary

Eric trained as a Chartered Civil Engineer and has worked in the building industry with several organisations. He has experience in both the private and public sectors

He has used his practical, technical and managerial experience built up over many years to run the Scottish arm of the house building regulator and a community based housing association as Chief Executive.

He joined the company in 2005 and has taken on a number of assignments to assist clients in both the public and voluntary sectors to refocus and develop existing ways of working and identify and develop new areas of business.

Eric is a member of Employers in Voluntary Housings register for Special Managers.
